Description
A Western-inspired Hong Kong staple consisting of deep-fried chicken tossed in a fragrant garlic soy sauce. Popular in Hong Kong cafes, night markets, and fast-food restaurants and often paired with rice or spaghetti (sold separately).

- Worcestershire sauce (barley-based malt vinegar, spirit vinegar, water, Refiner’s Molasses sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spice, flavours)

- ketchup (tomato concentrate from red-ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high-fructose corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavouring)
