Description
Iconic Hong Kong street food and dim sum dish consisting of crispy, stir-fried eggplant topped with a delectable fish paste. Comes with at least 2 pieces (depending on the size of the eggplant) and paired with a house-special, secret-recipe soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- fish meat mix (mud carp, green onion, cilantro, corn starch, tangerine peel, sugar, salt, spice)
- eggplant
- green pepper
- tofu
- house-special soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, seasoning agents, licorice extract, lard, sugar, spice)
- improved Dijon-style mustard (water, mustard seed, distilled vinegar, salt, citric acid, sodium metabisulfite*)
- hoisin sauce (sugar, water, soybeans, salt, sweet potato, modified corn starch, sesame seeds, garlic, wheat flour, chili pepper, spices, caramel colour, acetic acid, FD&C Red no. 40, potassium sorbate*)
- vegetable oil
